Panjiao Town Lover’s Valley is located within the Panjiao Town, a national 3A-level tourist attraction, 40 kilometers away from the county town of Sanmen in Taizhou. The county road passes through the village, and the area is surrounded by mountains and waters, with lush greenery and clear waters. The forest area covers 4700 acres, with a forest coverage rate of over 80% in the whole town, and the negative oxygen ion content is more than 10,000 to 20,000 per cubic centimeter, earning it the title of ‘Sanmen Green Lungs’. As the name suggests, Panjiao Town Lover’s Valley is a characteristic scenic area themed around the love story of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl.
The highlight of the scenic area is the glass landscape suspension bridge on the mountain top – ‘Magpie Bridge’. This glass landscape bridge is a ’12D’ glass landscape suspension bridge, spanning the peaks of Niulang Peak and Zhinv Peak. The entire bridge surface is 419 meters long, with a vertical height of 199 meters, and its thrilling degree is no less than that of the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge. Here, visitors can not only feel the romance of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl meeting on the Magpie Bridge but also experience the heart-pounding and thrilling sensation of being suspended in the air.
At the same time, the scenic area also has a popular check-in spot – the Rainbow Slide. The Rainbow Slide is 131.4 meters long and 9 meters wide, designed with a high-elevation and hanging structure, which brings an exciting experience while ensuring safety. Tourists slide down from the colorful high altitude, and both adults and children can fall in love with it in no time. In addition to the Rainbow Slide, there is also the popular Shouting Fountain, which is very popular on short video platforms. The Shouting Fountain is located in the Bilan Pond of the Lover’s Valley scenic area. The greater the lung capacity, the higher the fountain. When the fountain falls, visitors can see their own exclusive rainbow created by their own shouting under the refraction of sunlight. Love needs to be shouted out loud. The opening time is all year round from 09:00 to 16:30.
