Pingshan Park is located on Zhongshan Road in the city, a relic of the Song Dynasty’s wine culture in Jiaxing, which has been transformed into Pingshan Park.
Pingshan is only 16 meters high and is composed of the Pingshan Pavilion, Pingshan Square, Lingguang Well, Yuebo Tower, Bayong Pavilion, Zhenlan Pavilion, and a children’s playground. It is a famous tourist attraction in Hecheng.
‘Pingshan Snow’ was once one of the ‘Eight Sights of Jiaxing’. When heavy snow flies, the area is covered in white, overlooking Hecheng, dressed in silver, with a charming scenery.
In addition to pavilions, towers, and halls on the mountain, there are also peach, plum, and other fruit trees. The park is open all year round, 24/7, with specific business hours subject to the day’s opening status.
