Qianjin Studio

Qianjin Studio is located in the park of Tianyi Pavilion Museum. In modern times, scholar Ma Lian possessed more than a thousand pieces of Jin bricks and named his collection room Qianjin Studio. Later, he donated the Jin bricks to Tianyi Pavilion. Tianyi Pavilion specially opened a room for display and still uses the original name. In the collection room, there are donations from Ma Lian and other bibliophiles. There is also a part of Jin bricks on display. These Jin bricks not only record the long history of Ningbo city wall from construction to demolition but also record many other historical information. The entire building is full of Jiangnan flavor and is a typical Zhejiang archway. The specific business hours and opening status are subject to the opening situation on the day.
