Qixing Mountain is located within Yangmingshan National Park, with its main peak reaching an elevation of 1120 meters. Originally a volcanic crater, the summit has been eroded over time into seven smaller peaks, hence its name. The area is home to notable attractions such as Qixing Pond, Qixing East Peak, and Dream Lake. In the vicinity, you can find other scenic spots like Xiaoyoukeng, Guanyin Mountain, and Datun Mountain. Standing here, one can enjoy a panoramic view of Greater Taipei. The park features rustic yet elegant pavilions and spacious, comfortable lawns for hikers and visitors to rest. Strolling around the area is a delightful experience. The park is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day, with specific operational status subject to the day’s opening conditions.
