The Shui Che Liáo Trail, spanning 470 meters in length, was once the ‘rice road’ used by farmers for planting, milling, and transporting rice. In the past, Shui Che Liáo was home to a rice mill in the bamboo lake settlement. Today, it has transformed into a pleasant walking trail for flower viewing, accompanied by the gentle sound of a babbling brook. Along the way, visitors can enjoy the sights of sea hibiscus and hydrangea fields. The trail is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
