Sizhu Park is located to the east of Tan Gong Road and to the north of Huancheng North Road, covering an area of 13.4 hectares. It was designed by Hangzhou City Landscape Design Institute with an investment of 29.8 million yuan. The park was founded on May 23, 1996, and after nearly two years of construction, it was opened for trial on March 12, 1998.
The park is open all year round and available 24 hours a day.
