Baisha Farm was established in 1958. It is a state-owned medium-sized second-class enterprise mainly engaged in rubber and tea production. It is located within Baisha Li Autonomous County, Hainan Province. The farmland is divided into five large and small plots, adjacent to State-owned Yacha Farm and towns such as Yuanmen, Xishui, and Yacha. The farm headquarters is located in the western part of the farm area, four kilometers away from Baisha county seat and 190 kilometers away from Haikou City. The farm implements two-level management and two-level accounting. There are 23 production teams and 4 directly affiliated units. The farm has convenient transportation. Every team can be reached by car. The whole farm has electricity and water supply. The communication equipment is excellent. The whole farm area has realized program-controlled telephony.
