The Taiwan (Tamsui) Golf Club is a golf course with a long history in Taiwan, having been open for over 90 years. Designed by Akaboshi Shiro, it is one of the oldest and most prideful golf courses in Taiwan. The course is situated on the gentle hills near the Tamsui River estuary, where strong winds blow from the river mouth and the sea. Due to the dense woods on both sides of the course, achieving a good score requires a high level of skill. The course is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
