Tangweng Platform is a viewing platform in Crocodile Mountain Park. It offers a panoramic view of Nanwan and has a very wide field of vision. There is a statue commemorating Tang Xianzu on the viewing platform. Legend has it that when Tang Xianzu was demoted and went to take up his post in Xuwen County, he passed by Weizhou Island and left a poem. Later generations built this statue for two reasons. One is to commemorate him. The second is to be proud that Tangweng came here.
