Tzu Chi Jing Si Hall, also known as Tzu Chi Jing She in Chinese, is located in Kang Le Village, Xin Cheng Township, Hualien County
It is the site of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Merit Society and is a modest building with grey tiles and white walls
The hall is open all year round from 9:00 to 17:00
