Wuling Park in Xikou is located at the western end of the three-mile-long street. It faces the Shanxi River in the south and is backed by a highway in the north. It was completed in three years. The park gate faces east and is constructed with wisteria trellises. Artificial scenic spots such as ‘Yilan Hall’, ‘Yishuang Pavilion’, ‘Mingyuan Tower’, ‘Xiaozhu in the west of the garden’, ‘Moyi Pavilion’, and ‘Kangle Pavilion’ are complemented by facilities such as brocade embankments, lotus ponds, flower beds, stone bridges, and lawns. In February 1940, it was bombed by Japanese invaders’ planes and turned into ruins. In 1988, the Fenghua Municipal People’s Government invested more than one million yuan to redesign and construct it. It was opened to the public in 1990. The specific business hours and opening status are subject to the opening situation on that day.
