Located at the foot of Wuzhishan, the ShuiMan River Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area in Shuiman Township boasts lush tropical rainforest landscapes. The mother river of the original Li villages, the ShuiMan River, flows through the entire scenic area, offering fresh air and enchanting scenery.
Within the scenic area, one can also face and admire the majestic Wuzhishan, experiencing its grandeur and the wonders of nature’s craftsmanship. Visiting the Wuzhishan Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area is primarily on foot, where ancient trees tower, vines are densely woven, and exotic flowers and plants can be seen everywhere.
From the observation deck, one can enjoy the majestic Wuzhishan standing tall, with its five peaks aligned like five fingers reaching for the sky, occasionally hidden and revealed in the sea of clouds. Shuiman Township is a Li ethnic settlement, and the Li residences surrounded by mountains are tranquil and beautiful.
The entire text is open all year round from 08:30 to 16:30. Preferential policies include: Children under 1.2 meters (not including) are free of charge; children 1.2 meters (including) and under 18 years old (not including) enjoy discounts. Full-time primary, middle, and high school students with student IDs enjoy discounts. Elderly individuals aged 65 (including) to 69 (including) can enjoy discounts with their ID cards; those aged 70 (including) and above are free with their ID cards. Disabled individuals with disability certificates issued by the Disabled Persons’ Federation are free of charge. Active-duty military personnel with valid IDs (officer’s ID, soldier’s ID) are free of charge. Service facilities include restrooms located within the scenic area with clear signs.
