Xie Jin’s Former Residence is located in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City. On the first floor of the residence, tables and chairs are displayed, and the walls are adorned with illustrations and texts that recount the brilliant life of Xie Jin.
There is also an old-fashioned earth stove in the side room on the first floor, equipped with a large iron pot and a wooden lid. Outside the kitchen, there is a narrow side patio with a well in the center.
On the second floor of the former residence, there are three rooms designed in an antique style. From south to north, they are the study room, Xie Jin’s parents’ room, and Xie Jin’s own room. Regardless of their size, all rooms are exceptionally clean, compact, and simple.
