Xiejian Port Sea Flower Beach Play Center is located in Huaqiang Village, a place with mountains at its back and the sea in front, where spring blossoms fill the air. The coastline of Xiejian Port is extensive, forming a semi-enclosed shape, with 1800 acres of tidal flats within the port, teeming with a variety of marine life such as fish, shrimp, crabs, and clams. Visitors can observe the ebb and flow of the tides, listen to the roaring waves, and get up close to the sea to frolic in the tidal flats, experiencing the joy of fishermen going to sea and participating in salt-catching gatherings, while feeling the local fisherman’s sentiment and the culture of marine fisheries.
Xiejian Port Sea Flower Beach Play Center makes full use of the unique harbor resources of Xiejian Port, transferring high-quality tidal flats into a 30-acre sea pond, creating a leisure park themed around tidal flat mud play. Activities include: tidal flat mud play, tidal flat mud sliding, tidal flat mud bathing, tidal flat catching, beach barbecues, beach camping, and bonfire parties. The center is open all year round from 08:30 to 16:30.
