Ciyou Palace, also known as Xinzhuang Mazu Temple, was established in the 25th year of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty (1686 AD). Since its establishment, it has undergone many renovations. The main deity enshrined in the main hall of the temple is the Heavenly Holy Mother. Deities such as King Galan, Patriarch Bodhidharma, Buddha Guanyin, and Goddess Zhusheng are also worshipped. Xinzhuang Mazu Temple is a building with three bays, four entrances, and two corridors. It has highly skilled wood carvings, stone carvings, and cut-and-paste decorative arts. It also preserves precious cultural relics such as ancient plaques, stone tablets, and wooden couplets from the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods of the Qing Dynasty. It is a temple with a long history and is highly respected. Opening hours: Open from 6:00 to 21:00 on Wednesdays throughout the year; Open from 6:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Sunday throughout the year.
