Ya Zhuang Village is located in the southeast of Jingling Town, Xinchang County, 22 kilometers away from the county town. It is situated at the foot of Chuanyan Nineteen Peaks, with mountains on one side and water on the other, offering beautiful scenery. The village is composed of three natural villages: Dacun Head, Xinwu Head, and Huafen. It serves as the main entrance to famous attractions such as Qian Zhang Yougu and Chongyang Palace, and is separated from Xinchang Geological Park by just a river.

Surrounded by uniquely shaped mountains and shrouded in mist, Ya Zhuang Village has clear streams flowing through it, presenting a picturesque landscape with an excellent natural ecological environment. The mountain range here is a typical example of Danxia landform, characterized by ‘elegant, secluded, peculiar, and perilous’ features, with ‘peaks, valleys, caves, streams, and waterfalls’ as the main elements. It is known for its ‘beauty of Li River, elegance of Guilin, and peculiarity of Yandang’, and is also referred to as ‘Zhejiang East Zhangjiajie’.
