The park mainly uses plant landscaping with the original nursery trees. There are scenic areas such as Baihua Mountain, large lawn and along the river. The park environment is clean and beautiful. Since 1993, the park has held many large-scale garden activities such as flower arrangement exhibitions, camellia exhibitions, Dutch tulip exhibitions, golden autumn chrysanthemum exhibitions, Zigong lantern exhibitions in Sichuan, and ice sculpture art exhibitions, enriching the spare time life of the general public. Relying on the beautiful environment of Yaojiang Park, Yaojiang Flower Expo Garden is integrated with the entire park and existing supporting facilities. In addition to adding three new highlights with popular science as the main purpose, namely the songbird garden, ornamental fish display area and parrot performance field, the flower expo garden has also specially established a flower promotion center, providing a communication platform for flower arrangement art.
