Yuánzǔ Dream World

Yuánzǔ Dream World, located at No. 6200 Jiāsōng Middle Road, Zhàoxiàng Town, Qīngpǔ District, Shanghai, began its operations in December 2019. It is a family-oriented shopping mall dedicated to creating a one-stop family growth center for children with a unique children’s theme commercial venue model, coupled with a rich educational and entertainment experience model. It allows children to fully experience the joy of creating their dreams with their hands, making this dream-filled place a comprehensive leisure and entertainment space for children outside of school and home.

Project: Yuánzǔ Dream World is located in Zhàoxiàng, Qīngpǔ, integrating family experiences, shopping, hotels, catering, office spaces, and entertainment performances. It is dedicated to creating a one-stop family growth center for children. The project is close to the Zhao Xiang exit of the G50 highway, with the north and south sides near the Metro Line 9 and Line 17 respectively.

Project Composition:
– Dream Sky: A commercial complex mainly for children’s parent-child experience formats (55,000m²)
– Dream Hill: Yìdé Dream Hill Office Industrial Park (17,000m²)
– Dream Home: Jin Jiang Li Bai Hotel (8,000m²)

Design Features: Designed by the world-renowned architect Tadao Ando, who, after designing numerous excellent museums, art galleries, schools, and religious buildings, became associated with Yuánzǔ in 2013 and was moved by the concept of Dream World. He created a space exclusive to children from a child’s perspective. Yuánzǔ fills this space with sincere service and meticulous experience design, allowing both children and parents to gain a rich and secure experience.
