Yuhuan Xuemen Bay Wetland Park is located on the east side of Yueqing Bay and by the Xuemen Bay. It faces Yandang Mountain across the sea and spans four towns including Chumen, Qinggang, Lupu, Longxi and Haishan Township. The planned total area of the park is 31.48 square kilometers, including 7.06 square kilometers of shallow beaches and tidal flats, 16.7 square kilometers of water area, and the wetland rate is 90.85%. The Xuemen Bay wetland is composed of four types and nine subtypes of wetland resources such as offshore and coastal wetlands, river wetlands, swamp wetlands, and artificial wetlands. The types are rich and typical. The park is functionally divided into an ecological conservation area (8.35 square kilometers), a restoration and reconstruction area (5.06 square kilometers), a science popularization and education area (3.65 square kilometers), a rational utilization area (13.92 square kilometers), and a management service area (0.5 square kilometers). Opening hours: Open all year round from 8:30 to 17:00.
