Zhu Zai Ling Scenic Spot

Zhu Zai Ling is situated in the southern part of Weizhou Island, at the center of a crescent-shaped bay. This verdant islet is actually a massive rock isolated in the sea, named for its resemblance to a reclining fat pig from a distance, with small eyes, short ears, a high forehead, and a plump body.

Zhu Zai Ling is approximately 100 meters away from Weizhou Island, connected by a path made of scattered rocks. During low tide, one can walk to the island via this path, but it gets submerged during high tide. It is not recommended to attempt to reach the island without knowing the exact timing of the tides to avoid being stranded. In fact, the view of the island from afar is more beautiful.

The entire area is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
